We are delighted to invite you to participate in the Courage & Renewal Practicum. This Practicum Retreat will be held Wednesday, November 30 – Saturday, December 3, 2022 at the Calvin Center in Hampton, Georgia, United States. We are excited to continue this journey with you and the rest of the wonderful group of 28 participants who will be in attendance.
Please use this form to register and submit your deposit to hold your spot for the retreat by September 25, 2022. The deposit to confirm your attendance is $150 and is non-refundable. You are also welcome to pay an additional amount or the full fee if you would like. We will be sending additional information in the days to come.

Cancellation Policy: If for any reason you need to cancel your registration, you must do so by sending an email to Taylor Culliver at [email protected]. If you cancel your registration 30 days or more prior to the program start date you will receive a full refund minus the $150 non-refundable deposit. Between 30 days and 14 days prior to the start date you will receive a 50% refund minus the $150 non-refundable deposit. Refunds will not be granted within 2 weeks of the program start date. Extraordinary circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis. All refund requests must be made by you, the registrant.
