Adé Adeniji is an accredited Coach, Group Facilitator and Organisation Consultant who works with individuals, teams and organisations to co-create environments that allow the implicit become explicit. He is passionate about navigating spaces where everyone feels included and brave enough to bring their stories of strength and struggle – and whatever dwells in between. He is a Certified Daring Way™ and Dare to Lead™ Facilitator, programmes based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown which explore topics such as vulnerability, courage, shame, and worthiness.
Adé has over 25 years’ experience in human resources and leadership development, spanning the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. He is co-founder of ‘The Quest Collective C.I.C’, a UK-based social enterprise that delivers personal development programs aimed at transforming the relationships gay, bi and queer men have with themselves, others and the world they inhabit.
Adé is deeply committed to the principles of healing justice, advocating for individual and collective healing as integral components of social transformation.
