Chandra Joseph-Lacet

Facilitator Preparation Program Lead

Chandra Joseph-Lacet is a self-described “Teacher-Human” who believes deeply in teaching and leading with humanity. For three decades, she has walked alongside educators in a variety of roles; from her roots in Student Affairs in Higher Education to her extensive time in K-12 schools with the Boston Public Schools as a General and Special Education Teacher, Instructional Coach, Assistant Principal, and New Teacher Developer. Her own path took a transformative turn in 2009 when she attended a Courage to Teach seasonal retreat series, a pivotal experience that completely reshaped her approach to education and anchored her life and career in the Courage & Renewal approach. Today, she carries that transformative spark forward as a coach with the Center for Artistry and Scholarship and as the Director of Community Wellness and Lead Faculty for the Perrone-Sizer Institute for Creative Leadership.

Chandra lives in Boston, MA with her husband, two children, and their wonderful Goldendoodle, Troy. True to her soulful nature, she fills her own cup by listening to the sound of the ocean, feeling the sun against her skin, and building heartfelt connections with others. Chandra is extremely excited to embark on her new role as CCR’s Facilitation Preparation Program Lead.
