“You have to cherish the world at the same time that you struggle to endure it.” ~Flannery O’Connor
Hope.
In an uncertain, sometimes chaotic world, holding on to hope for ourselves, each other, the planet, is both essential and challenging.
Not the kind of hope that denies reality or clings blindly to a belief that everything will be alright.
But hope that springs from believing in possibility, that things can and will change, if we act.
In this 75 minute micro-retreat we’ll inquire into where we find hope and how we sustain it. We’ll pause for meditation and contemplation, and listen to our own and each other’s wisdom. Gentle guidelines will support a calm, confidential and protected space.
