Craving a space where your deepest experiences are truly seen and honored? Join us the first Wednesday of every month for a free psychedelic integration circle—a soulful, supportive gathering to ground your insights, ignite transformation, and walk the path of growth together.
This program is being independently organized and led by a Courage & Renewal Facilitator(s) prepared by the Center for Courage & Renewal. While we support our facilitators in various ways, CCR has no direct responsibility for the planning or facilitation of this event. “Psychedelic” comes from the Greek words psyche (soul) and deloun (to reveal)—meaning mind- or soul-manifesting. But there are many ways the soul speaks. Whether through plant medicine, near-death experiences, or spontaneous awakenings, our most profound insights need space, time, and community to unfold.
We are all longing for a place where we feel truly witnessed—a circle of support where we can speak with passion, explore transformation, and celebrate our growth. These free monthly integration sessions are just that: a soulful gathering to help you weave the threads of your experience into daily life with intention, compassion, and care.
Held the first Wednesday of every month from 8–9 PM EST on Zoom, this offering is open to anyone on a path of transformation. Whether you’re integrating a psychedelic journey, a mystical moment, or simply seeking community that honors the inner life, you are welcome here. Rooted in the Courage & Renewal® Touchstones, these circles offer a safe, confidential space where we deepen self-awareness, listen deeply to one another, and reconnect with what matters most.
Drawing on the non-linear stages of psychedelic integration, we’ll explore how to gently translate inner experiences into meaningful outer change. Through third things—poems, music, movement, and reflections—we’ll connect the personal to the universal, supporting the slow, steady weaving of insight into a life of integrity and wholeness. Come as you are—friends are welcome too, and you can attend whenever it fits your life.

Let’s turn life’s awakenings into meaningful, sustainable change—together.
Each session follows a gentle, intentional flow designed to support inner reflection and meaningful connection. With practices rooted in mindfulness and the Courage & Renewal approach, we move through individual and collective moments that honor both silence and shared wisdom:
~Begin with grounding pranayama (mindful breathing)
~Review the Courage & Renewal Touchstones
~Reflect on a “third thing” (poem, music, or movement)
~Explore the reflection in silence
~Share and listen in community
~Close with a grace note to carry insights into daily life
