Each Embodiment Pause is a unique offering and may use a combination of breathing exercises, gentle movements or other modalities to tune into the stories our bodies are telling us.

During these sessions we will engage in mindfulness and embodiment practices to cultivate both intentional and intuitive presence infused with the Courage and Renewal approach. We will work with the breath, body, energy, movement and meditation to experience a holistic sense of ourselves that we can bring with us into our everyday lives.” Each session is co-hosted by Nichelle Harrison, our Director of Membership & Belonging.
