There will be time enough for running. For rushing. For worrying. For pushing.
For now, stay. Wait. Something is on the horizon.
~Jan Richardson
Each day we are offered opportunity to recognize that we may be approaching a threshold in our life, work, or relationships. These thresholds can be powerful and altering experiences which may lead us to new questions and decisions. It takes courage to engage in this process; to open our heart and mind to something beyond our current sight-line. It may mean leaving something of significance behind; of letting go of something that may have grounded us for a time so we can be freer to move.
This day retreat, set on the threshold of the Winter season, is designed to provide opportunities to explore the impactful influences at the core of what calls each of us to meaningful life and work. Offered in a reflective space in the context of a supportive community, the retreat is designed to help participants engage questions of importance and deepen your understanding of the relationship between who you are and what you do. This retreat is based on the work of Parker J. Palmer and the Center for Courage & Renewal. Guided by the Courage & Renewal® approach, we create a sacred, confidential, courageous space in which to do our own inner work in solitude and community
If you, or someone you know is approaching, or in the midst of a transition, consider taking a day away to drop into a deeper conversation with yourself about the ideas and questions that you sense are emerging.
