Each Embodiment Pause is a unique offering and may use a combination of breathing exercises, gentle movements, or other modalities to tune into the stories our bodies are telling us.
During these sessions we will engage in mindfulness and embodiment practices to cultivate both intentional and intuitive presence infused with the Courage and Renewal approach.
Co-hosted by Courage & Renewal Community Member and Mindfulness Integrative Practitioner Member Shanise Mason.
Each session is co-hosted by Nichelle Harrison, our Director of Membership & Belonging.
