This Circle of TrustⓇ retreat provides spacious time to follow your own thread, alongside others in a supportive community of fellow enquirers. You will have opportunities for solo reflection and journaling, deep listening in small groups and sharing in the larger circle. We will use images, poetry, prose, music and time in the more-than-human world, to deepen our conversation and connection with true self and true nature.
“Self-care is never a selfish act – it is simply good stewardship of the only gift I have, the gift I was put on earth to offer others. Anytime we can listen to true self and give it the care it requires, we do so not only for ourselves, but for the many others whose lives we touch.” Parker J Palmer
The last few years have been particularly challenging to navigate, asking many immediate and longer-term adaptations and changes of us. Finding your right place in this and a renewed sense of your own ground requires attention and care.
A Circle of TrustⓇ offers safe space to help cultivate our inner capacity to live a more authentic, meaningful and engaged life – replenishing our energy and strengthening our foundations, as we pay attention to the deeper callings of our inner and outer lives.
Numbers are limited to 18 to provide an intimate holding community.
You can find additional information on this approach in Parker Palmer’s book ‘A Hidden Wholeness’ and by exploring the following links: https://couragerenewal.org/parker-j-palmer/; https://couragerenewal.org/courage-renewal-approach/
