Autumn: A Time of Abundance and Letting Go – A Circle of Trust® Retreat

Please join us in exploring the Autumn themes of Abundance and Letting Go this September on California's beautiful Central Coast. This weekend Circle of Trust® Retreat is for courageous individuals like yourself, who wish to create a trustworthy space to tap into our individual and collective wisdom and honor the innate gifts we bring to our professional and personal lives.

What can we learn from the Autumn Season? From the abundance of the harvest, the leaves changing colors, and ultimately letting go?  Where in your life and work do you currently experience abundance?  What is changing? What seeds would you like to sow? What might you be willing to let go?

This  Circle of Trust® weekend retreat offers time in community and in solitude, time to share your own wisdom and listen as others speak from theirs, seasonal, thought-provoking essays, poetry, art, nature, photography and music from a variety of sources. Together we will draw inspiration from the Fall season in order to re-inspire and re-engage in the roles we hold in our professional and personal lives. Throughout the weekend, you will be invited to engage in honest self-reflection and to increase your capacity to listen to yourself and to others more deeply. Everything we will offer is by way of invitation, not demand.

In a time when stress and pressure continue to rise because of internal and external demands, The Courage & Renewal® approach provides an opportunity for rest, reflection, renewal and re-engagement with your own wisdom, identity and integrity. This Circle of Trust® retreat, originally conceived by esteemed educator Parker J. Palmer, offers an opportunity to reflect on the inner dimensions of your life and work. You are invited to join us in exploring, heart and soul, the ways that we can bring greater integrity to our life and work. We will draw inspiration from the Fall season in order to reflect, renew, re-inspire, and re-engage in ways that enhance our own wellbeing and the wellbeing of the communities and organizations we serve. Expect to emerge with greater clarity, integrity, and resilience. This life-affirming investment in yourself will benefit you and all those who are touched by your presence.
