Hooks Global is proud to announce our Choosing Me destination healing retreat. We will gather in beautiful San Pancho, Mexico (about an hour northwest of Puerto Vallarta) for five days of deep self-exploration, restoration, and healing in community. Your experience will be guided by an incredible team of healers, facilitators, and life coaches who bring many diverse lived experiences, skills, wisdom, and areas of passion. This opportunity is centered on the lived experiences of BIPOC and invites co-conspirators who are ready to invest in individual and collective healing and liberation. We have designed this experience specifically for people whose life experience involves supporting others, as we recognize that there is a deep need for restoration and healing for folks who often put other peoples’ needs before their own.
Many aspects of this program are rooted in Courage & Renewal approach® and principles. Some examples of available courses and activities include:
On-site life & liberation coaching
Co-creating/Maintaining a Container Conducive to Self Exploration
Individual & Collective Meditation
Sharing in dyads, triads and larger groups
Solitude in Community
Ancestral Exploration
Poetry, Music, Movement
Celebrating Dia De Los Muertos (Day of the Dead) Nov. 1 & 2
Sound Healing Baths
Pool Therapy
Art Therapy
Massage/Reiki/Chakra Alignment
Yoga, Zumba, Movement Activities
And more!
Each of the five days will be semi-structured with shared mealtimes, a collective morning activity, and various workshops and healing experiences to choose from in the afternoon. We will also include blocks of time during which you are encouraged to engage in whatever activities most support deepening your healing journey (rest, reading, play in the ocean, journaling, exploring the neighborhood, getting to know each other, and more).
A detailed daily flow will be sent to participants along with their welcome materials.
This is truly a rare and exciting opportunity to experience transformational restoration and healing in a deep and vibrant community of people with similar commitments to humanity and liberation for all. Please see www.hooksglobal.com/retreat for more information and to register!
