If you are someone who has experienced at least one Circle of Trust® with a Clearness Committee and want more experience with this unique form of community discernment, here is an opportunity for you. In this five-hour stand-alone workshop, we will review the guidelines for Clearness Committees and experience a full two-hour Clearness Committee. There will be movement and off-screen breaks as well.
This workshop is based on the work of Parker J. Palmer and the Center for Courage & Renewal. The Courage & Renewal approach®, including Clearness Committees, described in Palmer’s book, A Hidden Wholeness, focuses on cultivating our inner capacity and courage to live a more authentic, meaningful, and engaged life.
