Our Leading From Within Retreat Series spans four seasonal retreats, each beginning with a dinner in Community on Thursday evening and ending on Saturday noon. These retreats focus on exploring our personal seasons of selfhood, vocation, and life. we provide a gracious space to deeply listen to our inner teacher, to others, and to be deeply listened to. We build our circle through community and laughter, solitude and silence, rest and journaling, art, poetry, with mindful immersion into nature.
Participants will have time for solitary and group work, walks in the beautiful Gull Lake environment, and rest, ensuring a balanced and enriching retreat experience.
Together we explore soul and role, drawing upon the work of Parker Palmer in the retreat framework he originally created for Courage to Teach®. This Circle of Trust® retreat is the immersive experience offered in the Courage and Renewal Framework, including Clearness Committees during each retreat in this series.
