Each Embodiment Pause is a unique offering hosted by a Courage & Renewal Facilitator and may use a combination of movements, breathing exercises, and other modalities to tune into the stories our bodies are revealing to us.
Similar to our Community Drop-Ins, these gatherings are 1-hour, online sessions co-hosted by a Courage & Renewal Facilitator and Nichelle Harrison, our Director of Membership & Belonging.
