We all experience times when we feel we cannot be Enough, when our culture tells us that we can never have Enough, and when we struggle with how to say, “Enough” in love. In this retreat, we will cultivate the balance to actually live lives that are Enough.
Through the course of this in-person Circle of Trust Retreat, we will explore the ways we understand what Enough means in our lives. By cultivating the resources of stillness, gratitude, and healthy boundary-setting, we can find our center and the true source of our Enoughness.
Through reflection, conversation, and guided activities, we will practice together what it means to Be enough, Have Enough, and Say Enough. Guided by the Courage & Renewal Approach Touchstones, Principles, and Practices, this retreat is open to both new and experienced practitioners of Circles of Trust. Guided by Center for Courage and Renewal Facilitators Mary Kaye Siebert and Thomas Skillings, participants from any background will find a welcoming space for their soul to show up and will foster a community of trust with others.
