Listening Deeply to Your Heart’s Desire

Join us for a 4-hour micro-retreat as we take a loving look back at the year, settle into the here and now, and listen for the intention that wants to be ignited for the coming season.

in a nurturing, creative space where your truest self is free…

to reflect, release and re- vision what seems to be calling you powerfully

 for the year to come.

The season winds down, and another year draws to a close. So often we are asked about our resolutions for the new year – and just as frequently, they become another “should,” another task to fulfill, and a way to feel as if what we are doing isn’t enough. What if, in the company of others, we were able to turn down the volume of our day-to-day lives long enough to listen to what most wants to be known? To be present to the deeper intention that arises in the stillness of that moment?

In this 4-hour micro-retreat, we will nurture a trustworthy space in which to take a look back at the year, before casting an inward glance to what wants to be known.  Through the Courage & Renewal approach, creative expression and a time of deep listening and reflection, this offering invites you to connect with yourself and others to [more here].

Listening Deeply to Your Heart’s Desire will be grounded in the Courage & Renewal® approach  which you can learn more about in Parker J. Palmer’s book, A Hidden Wholeness. All are welcome.

Marcia Eames-Sheavly and Natalie Scholl will cofacilitate this unique micro-retreat experience.

About Natalie:  Natalie Scholl is a lifelong seeker of Spirit, who treasures the journey of discovery along paths of shared joys and challenges. After decades of leadership in educational, health-related and faith-based organizations, she founded Soul Ways Coaching to support women with a vocational calling to serve others. In addition to spiritual life coaching, authentic communication and holistic lifestyle practices, Natalie’s group programs often draw upon Courage & Renewal approaches. Initially introduced through a series of Circle of Trust seasonal retreats, her foundational experiences include A Geography of Grace and The Soul of Aging.

 

 

Online, via Zoom. If you are new to this format, you’ll receive guidance in advance so you know what to expect. You will need access to a computer or laptop; a set of headphones/earbuds may be helpful. You will also need a strong internet connection and a location in which you can be uninterrupted during our sessions.

Prior to December 19, 2023, program fee can be refunded less a $15 non-refundable fee. After December 19, 2023, no refunds can be granted.
