Our lives are filled with inner and outer contradictions. At the same time the world around us may deny what we value and believe to be true. If we fail to hold these contradictions mindfully, we may feel ourselves shutting down. If we encourage these tensions to expand our minds and hearts, it may open us to new understandings of the potential in paradox.
Join us to explore how we might hold the tension of paradox in life-giving ways. The Courage & Renewal Touchstones will nurture a calm, confidential, and protected space, where we can engage in personal reflection and open conversation and listen to our own and each other’s wisdom.
“The genius of the human heart lies in its capacity to use the tensions that come with our limitations to generate insight, energy, and new life.” ~ Parker J. Palmer
