A chance for leaders to take some time out and connect with their own inner teacher. Using the metaphor of nature who teaches us constantly about balance, rest and renewal, we will share a confidential online space with leaders from around the globe and consider our own relationship with balance and what may be emerging for us in 2025.
This program is being independently organized and led by a Courage & Renewal Facilitator(s) prepared by the Center for Courage & Renewal. While we support our facilitators in various ways, CCR has no direct responsibility for the planning or facilitation of this event. Please direct any questions to the facilitators using the contact form below.

The world spins and the seasons turn through yearly cycles of growth, abundance, harvest and rest.
As leaders, we are on our own seasonal journeys, continually growing as we navigate new challenges, support our teams, share successes, and hopefully reap the rewards of our seeding and nurturing. But we also need periods of rest and renewal.
In the northern hemisphere, the days are starting to lengthen and we are seeing the first snow drops, we are reminded that, in nature, darkness is always balanced by light and rest is balanced by regrowth. Join me and leaders from around the world, for an online reflective session, where we will use metaphors from nature to consider the importance of balance in our leadership journeys.
In this facilitated Circle of Trust® we will share some much-needed reflective time to re-connect to our passions and purpose. Using nature, music, art, poetry and more, we will explore compassionate ways to lead and live. It’s the human approach to leading, it’s leading with love.

These retreats are based on the work of the Center for Courage & Renewal®. They encourage inner work and also equip leaders with emotional leadership skills to draw upon within their own workplaces.
This event is suitable for all. Whether you are an experienced Courage & Renewal facilitator or are just beginning to explore our practice, you are welcome. Every quarter, I offer an online confidential space for leaders of family, business, education and community to have some ‘me’ time. To receive the gift of space, listening, and gentle sharing by invitation. I choose nature as our guide, sometimes using my own writings, sometimes asking you to bring along a photograph of nature, sometimes sharing a poem. We are guided by the Courage & Renewal Touchstones and come together to sort and sift our own reflections in the company of others.
It is a privilege to offer these sessions, I do hope you come join with us.
