The Benevolent Community Women’s Network is here to support you in your journey of community engagement, volunteerism, leadership, purpose and fulfillment.
This monthly Circle of Trust® Women’s Network will draw on the principles and practices of the Courage & Renewal® approach, as well as use the foundational roots of the Benevolent Community Initiative (BCI), and Lori’s experience as an experiential educator, community organizer, and leadership and life coach.
This community network will leverage your unique birthright gifts, honor core values, develop practices that nurture well-being and perseverance, inspire change, amplify your voice and confidence, expand leadership skills, cultivate a path that reflects your authenticity and passion to connect and grow with women who believe in lifelong learning and a desire to meet creative, curious and compassionate women. Together we can truly build communities that are worthy of our humanity. We are the leaders and friends we are looking for.
In addition to our group gatherings, you will receive six 50 minute leadership/life/community coaching sessions guided by Lori Yadin, who is a certified Executive Leadership and Life Coach. These personalized co-creative coaching sessions will help you align your goals, nurture growth, support your questions, and celebrate your progress.
Lori’s Executive Coaching Certification is from The Weatherhead School of Management, The Case Western Reserve University. This approach focuses on Emotional Intelligence and Appreciative Inquiry. Richard Boyatzis, Chair of the Department was the co-researcher of Emotional Intelligence with Daniel Goleman. Lori also brings with her years of study in prosocial human skill sets, and mindfulness based stress reduction training.
I look forward to being with you and hope you will take the first step on this transformative and engaging journey. Register now and invest in yourself, your leadership and community!
We will meet via Zoom, the first Tuesday of every month – beginning January 7th, 2025. Our network, community building gatherings will last 90 minutes, from 7:00 – 8:30 pm, and continue each month for one year. At the end of the year the group will decide what path forward they want to take. Lori has several groups that made the decision to continue to meet beyond the year, and some groups have requested an in person weekend Retreat, which Lori is happy to plan and facilitate. The unfolding of all of this will become clear and organically emerges from the members of the group.
The individual coaching sessions will be scheduled over the course of the year, and Lori will rely and each person to set a schedule with her that meets their needs and calendar.
