The reflection and renewal practices are designed to support your focus and impact your
life, work, relationships, and community. They are based on the principles, practices, and touchstones of the Center for Courage & Renewal®.
You will have an opportunity to add your life affirming intentions, written on ribbons, to an art wreath that will be displayed at Unity of Madison.
The day will begin at 8:30 am with registration and morning coffee, tea and a snack in the
Gathering Space. The program will start promptly at 9:00 am in the Assembly Room.
The luncheon will include vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, and dairy free options. There will be water and snacks available throughout the day. Please choose layered, casual clothing for your day, with walking shoes if you want to explore the beautiful grounds and paths at Holy Wisdom Monastery during our event, weather permitting.

Honoring Our Wholeness: A Courage & Renewal Experience

8:30-9:00 am Registration, coffee, tea, and snack
9:00 am-Noon Session in the Assembly Room – Our time will include invitations into guided meditations, small group sharing, reflection, writing, and simple movements to facilitate our inner discoveries.
Noon-1:30 pm Lunch provided in the Dining Room and, time for the community art wreath weaving, and/or personal reflection indoors or within Wisdom Prairie, grounds of Holy Wisdom Monastery, weather permitting.
1:30 -4:30 pm Session continues in the Assembly Room

Holy Wisdom Monastery is an ecumenical “community of communities” which includes the monastic Benedictine sisters, Sunday Assembly, Oblates of Holy Wisdom, Friends of Wisdom Prairie, and the Center for Clergy Renewal.
