It would be a gift to gather with you! A two-day experience offers space for you to pause and reflect, and to connect and create community with like-minded folks using the Courage & Renewal approach. The wisdom found in writing and music will help us engage, slow down, reflect, and honor ourselves and our unique needs. There will be opportunities to experience the practices of the Courage & Renewal approach, receive prompts for your reflection, and be guided to listen to yourself and others. Activities include: shared silence, reflective writing, talking/listening in small groups and together in the full circle.
The tranquility of Heron Home on the north shore of Washington Island on Lake Michigan is a welcoming space for our time together.
Heron Home is accessible and parking is available.

“Whatever personal or societal challenges we face, the resources we need to transform our lives and the world can always be found within us and between us – in the human heart and in community. When we fully embrace the genuine within ourselves and honor the inherent worth and dignity of every being, we unleash the power to build a better world.” http://www.couragerenewal.org
