Our retreat invites leaders into the often-overlooked inner work of leadership. Together, we'll examine where your attention is being claimed, what deserves your attention now, and how you can lead from a place of greater presence and wholeness. The quality of your leadership is shaped by the quality of your attention.
This program is being independently organized and led by a Courage & Renewal Facilitator(s) prepared by the Center for Courage & Renewal. While we support our facilitators in various ways, CCR has no direct responsibility for the planning or facilitation of this event. Leadership pulls your attention in a hundred different directions.
Emails.
Deadlines.
Strategy.
Teams.
Family.
Constant change.
In the midst of all that, many leaders lose touch with themselves.
Not in a self-care sort of way.
In the deeper sense.
What is asking for my attention right now?
What values are guiding my decisions?
Who am I becoming as I lead?
This November, we will be co-facilitating a Circle of Trust® retreat for leaders. It’s a weekend to slow down, think deeply, listen honestly, and reconnect with the part of yourself that knows how you want to lead.
No keynote speakers. No leadership hacks. No pressure to perform.
Just thoughtful conversation, reflective practices, time in nature, and a small community of leaders exploring what really matters.
If you’ve been longing for space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most in your leadership, consider joining us for this retreat.
Arrive between 3-4pm on Friday November 13th
Depart after lunch on Sunday November 15th
