Parker Palmer writes “Autumn is a season of great beauty,
but it is also a season of decline: the days grow shorter, the
light is suffused, and summer’s abundance decays toward
winter’s death. Faced with this inevitable winter, what does
nature do in autumn? She scatters the seeds that will bring
new growth in the spring – and she scatters them with
amazing abandon.”
Using the Courage @ Renewal® approach,
we are guided into a process of reflection, storytelling, and
deep listening. Through poetry, silence, and structured
dialogue, participants will explore ways of navigating change
as we consider what might be “let go” during a season a change in our lives?
We will create a Circle of Trust®; a space of deep listening and
authentic presence to explore ways of being and belonging
that empower us to engage with the tensions and polarities
within ourselves and our environments.
Through time in solitude and shared reflection, you will have
the opportunity to speak from your heart and listen deeply to
others. Together, we will cultivate trust—the kind that
awakens the true self and invites courageous presence in theworld.
