The life you're building doesn't require force. It requires alignment. Living aligned requires attention and intention...daily. Join Kirstin Anglea and yoga teacher, Phoenix Ries, for their 5th annual Living in Alignment retreat in Baja, Mexico. A breathing space to find your footing at the waters edge.
This program is being independently organized and led by a Courage & Renewal Facilitator(s) prepared by the Center for Courage & Renewal. It is a natural part of life to move in and out of balance, shifting with the seasons and the tides. Returning to a state of alignment requires intention and effort; utilizing our inner resources to recalibrate and steady ourselves. At this year’s Living in Alignment retreat we will explore what it means to move with life’s ebbs and flow with courage and grace.
Each year, Kirstin Anglea and Phoenix Ries integrate the principles and practices of Yoga and the Courage & Renewal ApproachⓇ to create a retreat with a new focus. This year’s retreat will welcome the natural elements of the Baja Peninsula as guides for finding balance amidst the winds of change. We will use a variety of daily yoga and Circle of Trust practices (meditation, poetry, art, reflection, & music) to nourish your heart, body, and soul.
