Courage to Lead®: Building an Intentional Future Together

For leaders who wish to imagine the highest possibilities and results for our leadership, our organizations, and our communities. A vibrant future needs our intentional efforts in developing a democracy that serves everyone. This requires presence and a willingness to collaborate and show up for the lives and wellbeing of all.

This three-day Courage to Lead® intensive is designed for leaders who wish to imagine the highest possibilities and results for our leadership, our organizations, and our communities.

As our political and organizational landscapes continue to change, leaders are navigating new challenges and opportunities. A vibrant future needs our intentional efforts in developing a democracy that serves everyone. This requires presence and a willingness to collaborate and show up for the lives and wellbeing of all.

Democracy is more than a political system; it can be a way of living and leading. Democracy invites us to practice collective care, engage with and honor our differences, and hold the tensions of uncertainty with creativity and hope.

How can we practice and embody democracy in the everyday spaces where we live, work, and lead?

What do we need to rekindle our sense of purpose and cultivate the resilience our world needs to thrive?

With courage, compassion and creativity we will acknowledge and hold space for our current realities, wherever we find ourselves.

Together, we will:

  • Co-create a trustworthy space for telling our truths and listening to the truths of others
  • Prioritize justice, equity and inclusion as organizational essentials for a democracy
  • Learn to build communities of care that hold us accountable, provide support in hard times, and act as containers for liberatory innovations
  • Explore practices and frameworks for imagining and charting the course toward the future we long for
  • Engage in self reflection, invitational large and small group sharing, artistic expression, and other contemplative practices designed to support access to inner wisdom
