Join Phoenix Ries and Kirstin Anglea for a transformational Yoga/Circle of TrustⓇ retreat that will light you up from the inside and guide you to balance and alignment. We will explore, through yoga practices, what it means to live from an embodied place and how we can take this off the mat and into our daily lives. The space that we create and the heartful questions and activities we pose will deepen and enrich our inner knowing.
This 6 night/7 day retreat near beautiful Todos Santos, Mexico at the Yandara Retreat Center will provide us with the perfect setting for deep reflection, soulful connections, and joyful exploration as we are reawakened to right alignment. Some yoga experience is required.

This program is co-facilitated by Courage & Renewal Facilitator Kirstin Anglea alongside Phoenix Ries, MS, RYT-500, who began her personal yoga practice 25 years ago as a way to help manage stress and to stay flexible as a distance runner. Her passion for the practice inspired her to train and become a yoga teacher for youth and adults.
