How can I live my values under pressure?

It is my hope and belief that, together, we can keep learning to live by our values, even under immense pressure.

Although I do not do this perfectly, the Courage & Renewal Approach® is helping me to intentionally live out my values and faith under pressure, inviting me to practice honouring the inherent dignity of every person, myself, and all of creation at home, work and play.  I’m excited to be joining a community of facilitators from around the world who’ve been practicing and honing this approach for over 30 years.  I’m also eager to be in retreat together using this process.  It is my hope and belief that, together, we can keep learning to live by our values, even under immense pressure.

Two tools will frame our time together:

Two participants will also have the opportunity to be the focus person of a Clearness Committee.  These times help an individual person to listen to themselves and discern their next steps.  No one will tell you what to do or how to do it.  If you want to learn more about Clearness Committees, click these links to read more, or watch a short video.

This retreat is open to everyone, and I especially I encourage educators, faith leaders of all kinds, and non-profit leaders to come.
