The Courage & Renewal® approach aligns with the Franciscan values of service, peace and justice, dignity of every person, community, contemplation and gratitude. With courage, we are able to more fully live with individual integrity and authenticity in our relationships. Through individual written reflection and group interaction, you will have opportunities and time to recognize how you are living with courage. Our time together will include silence, guided discussion and experiences with poetry, wisdom tradition essays and art. Claim time for your own personal renewal while strengthening a sense of community with those present.
