Imagine entering a welcoming space for all that is in your heart; your joys, frustration, fears, and wonderings. Join fellow educators to explore the connections between this month’s Courage Connect theme and your work as an educator. During the month of November, we’ll be focusing on one of the Courage & Renewal Touchstones, “No Fixing, Saving, Advising, or Correcting Each Other.”
Imagine how this might translate to the school environment with students, colleagues, and families (where applicable).
Here are a few questions for your reflection around the Touchstone, “No Fixing, Saving, Advising, or Correcting Each Other”:
- Imagine being in a space where no one is trying to fix, save, advise or correct you? What would that be like? How would you show up in that space?
- What feels challenging about this Touchstone?
- If you are familiar with this Touchstone, how would you describe the meaning behind this guideline?
- How might this influence how you work with colleagues, students, or families?
These community gatherings for educators will be offered each month.
